Commission rates (over 50%) are subject to platform-defined policies.

Affiliates must avoid false advertising or misrepresentation of our courses.

d. Administrators

Admins help manage technical, academic, and support-related operations.

They are required to act ethically, professionally, and in the interest of the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the academy, users must create an account and provide accurate personal information. Marisbiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Payment and Earnings

Payouts to tutors and affiliates are processed based on earnings from verified sales.

Payment methods and schedules will be defined in the user dashboard.

Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or forfeiture of earnings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Marisbiz platform — including videos, texts, designs, and graphics — is protected by copyright.

Tutors retain rights to their original course content but grant Marisbiz the license to distribute it on the platform.

Users may not replicate or distribute any platform material without permission.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must:

Use the platform respectfully and professionally

Avoid harassment, hate speech, or unethical behavior

Refrain from uploading harmful or malicious content

Violation of this code may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

7. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we may perform maintenance or face downtimes occasionally. Marisbiz is not liable for losses due to temporary service interruptions.
